Put a down payment on a puppy about 3 weeks ago and snow storm hit the day we were going to head to Fargo so post poned until Sunday. Our little guy was worth the wait & the staff was so wonderful about everything! I couldn't be happier with the experience & our little guy Bowser

After purchasing a Purebred Golden Retriever back in October, the puppy had some issues and they were willing to help out with the costs of it without any problems. I highly recommend them as they are willing to help out with expenses and have great customer service. Very much appreciate and will come back in the way future when I decided to get another pup.

We got our puppy June 2021 he’s 1/2 toy poodle, 1/4 Pomeranian and 1/4 chihuahua. The Grand Forks location was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Otis has been very healthy and he’s super smart. I’m not sure if he already had some crate training before I got him but he’s done amazing with crate training. At 3 months old he was already able to sit, shake, roll over, and most recently I’m teaching him how to walk through my legs as I walk. He learns quick. He potty trained quick as well. We’re super satisfied with our pup and our experience with Pets r Inn.

i typically don’t like to get small animals from pet stores because many times, they end up sick, injured, or just poorly bred and sold for money. i wanted to adopt their remaining two male rats because i felt bad for them (and missed having rats), and i want to say the worker there genuinely did care for the rats it seemed. he was knowledgeable on their age and health status and informed me that while they don’t tend to have the time to socialize their rats, the breeder they buy from produces really nice rats that usually aren’t skittish. i brought these guys home and they were of course nervous, but VERY quickly warmed up to me. they love bobbing their heads to music and running around my room and playing with their toys in their cage. i feel like i looked sketchy buying only the rats and food because i had stuff at home, but they are very loved 🤣 highly recommend this place over petco or petsmart for small animals!!

Meet GiGi, our world forever changed the day we brought her home. Staff was incredible and knowledgeable about pets, history, predicting disposition, etc. Even called two months later and received a call back within a few minutes. They really care about their pets!

They are awesome! Great quick service! Always updated info on the website on the upcoming puppies. We bought a puppy from them in 2023 and we are in love! It came out that he's isn't a pure bread corgi but 87% is good enough for us. Strong, healthy and a great learner!

We have gotten 3 dogs through this place and all have been wonderful! White bi- eyed Boxer Luna in 2020 and now Lola in 2025. Our son & his wife got a beautiful blue eyed Husky too! Great people and truly care about the pets!
